As an online athlete you are expected to provide a vast amount of information in order for us to provide you with the proper training tailored to you. A long list of questions will be sent to you but before that you must pick a program that we offer. Either the Grindstone, Olympian or Spartan package must be designated as your interest before anything can be started with your online training. Even though the price is more than then the other packages we offer, it is still cheaper than any one on one personal training you would get at a global gym, AND WE STILL offer you things they would charge you over $700 a week for. So if you feel that you’ve built your garage gym and aren’t using it to its fullest potential or maybe you find yourself finishing your home gym room and never thought about what to do for programing, we can help. It is also possible that you are always traveling or TDY and need workouts to do because you are tired of doing the same old moves. Well, we can make your workouts worthy of your time and give you better results than if you did it on your own. We know what works and we know how to workout with minimal equipment, we might have been on a TDY or two back in our day.
